Manufacturing

No job is too large:

We build and install turntables with diameters in excess of 200' and with capacities in excess of 125 tons.

Typical Uses:

Turntables are useful for providing directional change in manufacturing. Among other uses, turntables are used for loading and unloading pallets and containers, to improve the ergonomics of workstations, in product fabrication, and are commonly used in painting facilities.

Typical Options:

Limit switches or proximity switches. Slip rings to route power, and rotary unions to route air or hydraulic fluids through the core of the rotating decks. Motion Control options including servos and master-slave functionality are common.

The project highlighted below are two 132,000 lb Capacity rail turntables, that we built for a large casting facility. The turntables are 17.375' in diameter.
